Mark twain book covers

Assignment was to create modern book covers. We were given a few authors to choose from and I picked Mark twain. When I did more research on his life I learned that he had a really sad depressing life and his books had stories and lessons revolving his experiences. That lead me to design covers that were black and white with a hint of color. The type was hand done to show that is was authentic and Mark Twain wrote a lot in his journals.
